In 2014, a problem in the Cheyenne area caught our attention. Simply put: for such a prominent town there was a significant lack of professional, private contractors who truly cared about giving their customers a delightful experience, as well as a superb product. There were too many contractors in trouble with the law, too many un-returned calls, too many customers that were unimpressed by workmanship, and therefore way too many people left in frustration.
Eric McDonald set out to fix this dilemma. As a native Wyomingite, he could relate with the people. As a University of Wyoming graduate, he had the education. As a former paint contractor, he had the expertise. With all these ideal circumstances coming together Custom Home Painters of Cheyenne was founded. However, our aspirations were unlike those of any other paint company.
Custom Home Painters of Cheyenne was built on one primary value: providing quality service. We were going to serve the wonderful homeowners of Southeast Wyoming and Northern Colorado. We were going to serve the deserving labor force in the region. We were going to serve the local non-profits and underprivileged, strengthening our community from the inside out.
As of now, the evolution of our vision has been remarkable. We have quickly climbed to the top as the largest residential re-paint and concrete coating company in the region, painting over 1000 projects with over 100 positive reviews online (as well as hundreds of personal referrals). We are empowering the “millennial” workforce to be financially independent, personally investing in them as they build their skill sets. With us, they are becoming experts in their field and take great pride in their work. As far as our community involvement, we have had the opportunity to donate paint services to the YMCA, Habitat for Humanity and CASA advocates due to the overwhelming support we have received from the residents of Wyoming and Colorado.
We are very excited for our future as we continue to develop ourselves. Our vision is only made possible through the support of Wyoming and Colorado locals, and we would love for you to become a part of our story as well. So join us, and let’s work together toward something remarkable.
